Online registration for ISIT 2011 is opened now. Please use EDAS Conferencing System to register for the Conference, Tutorials, extra Banquet and Awards Luncheon tickets. All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Refund policy: Processing fee 50% before June 15, 2011. No refunds after June 15, 2011.

WARNING: Due to the lengthy visa acquisition process, it is highly advisable to register early. There is a serious risk that prospective attendees may not clear the process in time if the time margins are exhausted. Please consider registering well in advance of the deadline. You will enjoy a lower registration fee and you will be assured of a smooth and timely processing that will be able to correct any errors that might occur. Please do not endanger your participation. On-site payment must be by credit card. No cash, checks, or wire transfers will be accepted.

Registration Fees

1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format and book of abstracts (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2. No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
3. The regular registration fee does not include tutorials.
4. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
5. Free airport transfer will likely become available. Please visit Travel Information page for details.

At least one author per paper must register by May 22, 2011 for the paper to appear in the Final Program and the Proceedings. Registration for ISIT2011 Conference:

Dear ISIT registrant, by clicking on the register button you will be switched over to the EDAS registration page. You will then be asked for your EDAS account ID and password; if you do not have one you will be prompted to create one. Once you are logged into your EDAS account, you will see the registration options. Registration options are shown according to your society membership information saved in EDAS. You can update your society membership information by clicking on the "update your society membership" link. For instance, if you are an IEEE member, and update your society membership accordingly in EDAS, you will be prompted with the IEEE member registration rate; otherwise, you will be prompted with the non-member registration rate.

Please bring any applicable society membership cards and/or student identification cards to the registration desk at ISIT 2011; these memberships will be verified at the time you collect your registration documents at the site of the conference. Each paper needs to be associated with a registration (full or student). Each registration (full or student) is good for uploading three papers. You will be asked to enter your paper's EDAS identification number at the time of your registration. For multiple extra banquet and/or lunch tickets you may have to revisit the registration page and include them later on.

After registering and payment for ISIT2011 in EDAS you'll receive a confirmation email with login/password for “Electronic booking form” for booking all necessary travel services: visa support, hotel accommodation, transportation and excursions.

Every step has description and information how to book that or another service On completing booking process you’ll get e-mail message with the link to your Personal Client Cabinet. In Personal Client Cabinet you can get up-to-date information on your current orders, make alterations, additions or cancellations, make on-line payments and upload a copy of your passport for getting visa support and Application form (for Humanitarian visa). Also in your Personal cabinet you can see all your payments for registration fee and other additional services made in EDAS system.

In case, you have incomplete information (e.g. flight or train number for transportation services, etc) you can add it in Personal Client Cabinet later. Information is immediately forwarded to our official in charge.
